By accessing or using SST Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. SST Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

SST Pro provides a golf instructor management platform that includes scheduling, payment processing, client management, and communication tools. The Service is designed for golf instructors, club fitters, and their clients ("Users").

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Instructor Responsibilities

Golf instructors using SST Pro agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their services and qualifications
  • Honor scheduled appointments and communicate promptly about any changes
  • Maintain appropriate professional certifications and insurance
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Handle client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients using SST Pro agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information
  • Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
  • Follow cancellation policies set by their instructor
  • Pay for services in accordance with agreed terms
  • Communicate respectfully with instructors

6. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors. By using our payment features, you agree to the terms of our payment processors. SST Pro is not responsible for any fees charged by payment processors or your financial institution. Refunds are handled according to each instructor's individual refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SST Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SST PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SST PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SST Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
